At ReferMeCT.com, we handle all lead disputes on a case by case basis in order to ensure that matters will be handled in a way to obtain the fairest resolution possible between ReferMeCT.com and our network members.
1. Lead Refund
ReferMeCT.com generates leads through websites owned by Refer Me LLC only. Before a lead is sent out to members of the ReferMeCT.com network, each lead is viewed by our staff to ensure that the contact information appears genuine, the proper trade is selected, and that the lead isn't a duplicate.
You may be entitled to a refund for a lead only if it meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Customers contact information is incorrect.
- Lead content was not submitted by the person specified in the contact information supplied.
- Wrong job category was selected.
- A lead has been purchased twice by the same contractor due to a technical error.
If you think that an assigned lead meets any of the conditions listed above, or if you feel a lead was assigned to your company in error, please call or email us as you may qualify for a refund.

2. Lead Credit is Valid for 120 Days
Lead credits can be issued 120 days from the date of assignment. No lead credit will be given after this 120 day time period.
